After five months of dealing with issues, I felt hopeless and searched youtube videos on similar issues to mine to see what some experts had to say. I found Janine's videos, and she knew what she was talking about. Luckily, she responded right away after I reached out, and she was able to help me understand the issues and give me enough confidence on what the right solution was so that I could then have my pool contractor execute those recommendations. My pool is now running correctly, but I no longer feel "hopeful" that it was installed correctly, but instead "confident" that it was installed correctly. Pool Zones is a company with utmost integrity - something that is hard to come by these days. Janine jumped in as a replacement for a contractor we originally chose (turned out to be a bad mistake not choosing Pool Zones right away). She laid out the plan and she stuck to it. The whole process took roughly 90 days - from submitting to the township for approval - to swimming. The pool was actually ready two weeks earlier but it turns out you can't swim for two weeks after the pool is finished due to the curing process. Go figure... However, Janine told us that upfront, so no surprises there. There were hick-ups along the way because of unforeseen circumstances (for example, heavy rain eroding edges of the pool prior to gunite). Janine responded quickly and added an enormous amount of rebar to stabilize the edges and allowing the process to continue. Pool Zones was equipped and prepared for supply chain issues as they keep a decent amount of inventory, so we are able to swim this summer. All in all, this went a lot better than expected. I normally wouldn't stick my head out and recommend anyone, but Janine and the Pool Zones are a safe bet. This is a decent group of people doing a very good job.

Janine with Pool Zones is extremely responsive, professional and compassionate! She did a gorgeous design build pool and spa for my father . For my home , she added a saltwater system to our existing in ground pool and gave superb design and maintenance ideas to us!! Top notch customer service!!! I highly recommend Janine and Pool Zones!

Janine is brilliant at building pools and landscaping. Her expertise and experience saved us money and the headache of dealing with our initial pool builder who was incompetent. We trust her opinion and know that she will provide us with the best options and information to make decisions. She is hands-on, unlike our previous pool builder.
